LARGE BRONZE HEAD OF A CAT 

EGYPTIAN, LATE PERIOD, CIRCA 664-30 B.C. 

From a separately cast figure of a cat, the large eyes with irises originally inlaid, the pupils with traces of gilding, the short whiskers and ears incised, a scarab in relief between the ears. 

Height 14.6 cm.
